Main focus

; Graduates of this master’s programme will have an in-depth knowledge of the principles, protection mechanisms and legal regime of national, supranational, and international rights. More concretely, they will have mastered the jurisprudence relevant to the application and guarantee of fundamental rights within national jurisdiction as well as within European and international jurisdictions. They will be able to successfully deal with and resolve specific legal controversies in multidisciplinary contexts regarding issues related to the guarantee of rights that require an interconnection between legislative levels, for example, civil service at the regional, national, European or international levels. In other words, graduates will be capable of writing reports, providing counsel at the request of third parties, and when necessary, defending clients in court. They will also be able to draft proposals for the reform of legislative projects from both a critical and responsible perspective.
