Main focus
; In this master’s program, students will first gain an in-depth understanding of the core concepts of international development and cooperation (e.g. poverty, social exclusion, gender equality, health, education, nutrition, security, etc.) in relation to available natural resources. Secondly, they will develop awareness that these concepts are linked to their political, economic and social contexts by studying the different societies involved in international cooperation policies and the main national and international stakeholders in the field. Thirdly, the course will provide students with the basic social and political skills needed to develop good governance in the implementation of cooperation policies (by both local and international stakeholders). Finally, this master¿s programme provides students with the professional skills required to work in international cooperation adapted to different geographic areas, cultural contexts, and groups and areas of activity.
