Main focus

; Graduates of the master’s programme will have acquired the following knowledge and skills: Knowledge of how to argue and recommend decision-making in the various sectors of the legal system. Knowledge of how to Identify information and communication technologies for obtaining, selecting and / or transferring information. Knowledge of how to evaluate decision-making in order to adapt to a constantly changing reality. Knowledge of how to act with regard to the subjects of labour relations, assessing the different options. Knowledge of how to act before the tax administration, proposing decisions. Knowledge of how to analyze and manage accounting. Knowledge of how to advise on and manage commercial subjects and commercial acts. Knowledge of how to adopt decisions and carry out the necessary procedures to ensure that relations between public administrations, citizens and businesses run smoothly.; Knowledge of how to evaluate the regulations relating to legal internationalisation phenomena.ª Knowledge of and ability to apply computer technologies in administrative management and consultancy. Knowledge of how to put the acquired competences into practice in a real environment. Knowledge of how to carry out, present and defend, before a university board of examiners, an original and individual exercise.

Competences

Students that have completed the second cycle have the following competencies: – Have demonstrated knowledge and understanding that is founded upon a basis or opportunity for originality in developing and/or applying ideas, often within a research context. – Can apply their acquired knowledge and understanding, and problem solving abilities in new or unfamiliar environments within broader (or multidisciplinary) contexts related to their field of study. – Have the ability to integrate knowledge and handle complexity, and formulate judgments with incomplete or limited information, but that include reflecting on social and ethical responsibilities linked to the application of their knowledge and judgments. – Can communicate their conclusions, and the knowledge and rationale underpinning these, to specialist and non-specialist audiences clearly and unambiguously. – Have the learning skills to allow them to continue to study in a manner that may be largely self-directed or autonomous.
